1. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team on +1 406-439-4500 or email at holygroundmt@yahoo.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your return is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to return your product.
Packing and Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your order number, contact information, and Return Authorization number in the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect product received.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned in their original condition: unopened, unused, and with all original materials included.
- Custom orders or personalized items are not eligible for return.
- For health and safety reasons, food products, coffee, tea, and smoothies cannot be returned once purchased, unless defective or damaged.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, follow the return process outlined above and specify that you are seeking an exchange in your initial communication with our customer service team.
5. In-Store Returns
For products purchased online but wishing to be returned in person, please visit our store with the product, the original payment method, and the order confirmation email.
